What do these ratings mean?

This is a classic monster shooting game.I have played this in a friends house.

I have the first Suffering and i have completed it a couple of times but i wouldnt ecsaclie recommend this game because you have to have very strong nerves and big patiennse.

Hope you like it and kill alot of people and monsters.

If you do missions you will be a good guy.

And if you yust kill you will be a bad monster.
