What do these ratings mean?

when i first played this game, i kinda had trouble with my controls it took a bit of getting used to and well i think it's pretty cool you can morph into a demon, but sometimes the theatrics are a bit much. it's also ok to have help but i cross the line when it's a ghost. other than that,i think the game's awsome. the storyline has a good hook. it's actaully interesting when your character has a memory flashback that ties in with the  storyline.
