What do these ratings mean?

I love this game! I don't know. It's old so you can't expect a lot from it but it's fun. There are hilarious moments in the game involving chiepoo and the king's servant. The voice acting isn't the best i've ever heard but why would it be when this game, as said before isn't as popular as most games and therefore, they aren't going to have the money to pay top notch voice actors. I think the tad bit of cheesy the voices gives makes the game even better. It's one of those games you have to try for yourself. Plus there are awesome ship vs. ship battles it's pretty cool.
