What do these ratings mean?

I enjoyed this game alot. Some people may say that they don't know where to go but when you go online to find out it's actually pretty easy. I like how they gameplay is. I especially like the run and gun situations . Running around blasting the mess out of people is awesome andstill just another one of the famous reasons why you should go out and buy this game.
