What do these ratings mean?

I have Tony hawk's underground for the game cube and the ps2. If I would compare them i would say it's a better game on the cube, Because I think the graphics are better on the cube it's still a good game on the Ps2! I haven't played underground 2 yet but i think that's going to be a cool game too.
