What do these ratings mean?

Why oh why?

Thats all I have to say.

I am a huge fan of the Winter Games, and I thought at $20 it was a good buy. Even though it only has 6 games on it, none of which are the sky-and-shoot events. At $20 its over priced, it would be okay if it was a free game you got from buy MacDonalds or something, but not to actualy buy. I give this game a big fat F. Truly disapointing to any fan of the Olimpics.
