What do these ratings mean?

I'm kind of short on time so ill be basic and just chat about the spec of true crime. all in all good graphics, a thick story line, nice plot and character, fair graphics an okay set of weapons nice controls but after you beat the game there really isnt much more to go back to. umm ya that's about it i wouldn't really tell anybody to buy it i'd tell them to rent it first and consider buying it.
