What do these ratings mean?

TWISTED METAL, Jet Moto and Warhawk DIED when Singletrac dissolved and 989 studios took over. None of the Twisted Metals with the exception of BLACK has held up to the bar place upon them by TM1 and TM2.   We'd be better off just getting a PS3 updated remake of TM1 and TM2.
