What do these ratings mean?

"Batman Begins" is the best game in superhero games it has the best graphics and it full of investigating and destroying the villans the game is to be played as batman and his unmasked face. The main thing I like in the game is the graphics. The game is just like the movie, every inncident in the movie takes place in the game. The game contains bat mobile time attacks and the movie videos and trailers.I liked the game more than the movie. We could even change batman costumes. The game even gives some information about batman's enemies. The most I like in the game is the camera hacker and other detective objects and in the game videos most games wont have lip movements but in this game we could find lip movements.
