What do these ratings mean?

the wwe  is known for all out fights and EVEN though they are fake it's the only that keeps me entertained. Another reason is they have cool games. prbably the main reason why i started watching it. Smackdown vs raw 2006 was a good addition to the wwe More legends more wrestlers better commentary and the addition of momentum, stamina, and general manager mode. But the reason i gave smackdown vs. raw 07 a B was because it actually changed it's fighting style with the quick grapples and strong grapples and enviromental spots. That was really the first time it changed. Since smackdown here comes the pain. What i liked more was waaaayyy better graphics than 06. They reaLLY STEPPED UP THE PLATE. The general manager mode improved but also got a bit more confusing. What i liked was that now you have heat and or velocity. For the not so good superstars in your brand. another thing good about it was now you have storyline writers to make arivalry intense .The bad thing was when you choose a superstar in a fight you don't know if he is alredy in a fight. In 06 his or her name would turn yellow if they were in a fight in the same week. Now it's not also you choose the rivalry lenght which really gives you control but sometimes a little too much control like what if you want it to last longer. another thing is a person has to be in contention to get a title match. besides getting to run brand filled with super stars you actually have a better locker room where you can walk around in. another good thing is that you have a waayy better sound track than just wrestling songs. i mean i like wwe, but enough to make songs about not having war is preetty corny. i could understand money in the bank but there is songs that make you want to fight and there is songs that make you want chokeslam this game to hellll. Thay's about it i didn't get much in detail in fighting but it's good it's like your not watching it your LIVING IT.
