What do these ratings mean?

This game is a total rip off of gta A hate these Bastards that think that they can make another gta The game is a Classic But anyways this game floped bad talk about bad graphics and the Game engine is just awful. The storyline why cant they ever think of new ideas Like I know Saints Row was a rip off but it was a good rip off Like COME ON NOW. Yakza Is an awful Game Not reccomended at all!!!
