What do these ratings mean?

This is a good game to have the story lines good but if you know gameing like me it was kinda predictable and theres plenty of sidequests if you like games with good storys rent it.Now lets get to the bad parts theres one thing that made me mad the most was the targeting system it sucked big time then there was the camera and the random encounters got me angery too.theres plenty of weapons to use but good story lines and side quests dont cover up the fact that its a beat em up.
