What do these ratings mean?

Okay I gotta say these graphics kick ass, at first it didn't like it but as the game game progressed it got better. The secondaries are awesome, the guns are awesome, heck you can even get an rpg-7 without cheat codes, You can get shields on your guns, you can put more ammo on your gun, you can even get your gun solid gold. Don't get me wrong, it has it's bad moments too, like when you die it takes you too long to get healed and when you get shot it takes you longer too heal them.
