What do these ratings mean?

Personally I think Assassin's Creed will be one of the best first-generation PS3 games out there, from the description of the game and the looks of the screenshots, it would seem Ubisoft has brung us yet another great stealth-based RPG. Ahh, I can remember the good ol' days of Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones, what with the scaling between two walls only to drop down to smack down three enemies at once, all before they have a clue of what's even going on. Seems like Assassin's Creed would have the same feel, with a twist. Cant wait for it to launch, great investment for any little brooding evil nerd out there.
