What do these ratings mean?

not dissapointed, but i don't like the glitches, or the fact that you have to wait for it to load sometimes during gameplay.  I shouldn't have to wait in the middle of the game for it to load.  Graphics are good, but the wall glitches are getting old.  Also where in the hell are all the weapons?  I've only gotten a few.  I want to be able to find more stuff to blow up more stuff.  There should be more characters to more bad guys.  Not enough types of things to kill.  The stoyline is good though.
