What do these ratings mean?

This is one of my favorite games of all time and it is all becuse of the offline multiplayer. I remember when I played over at my freinds house for nine hours and played this super addictive game (there have been only two games I have been addicted to 1. Call Of Duty Four 2. Def Jam Fight For New York) with my freinds. They got a little tired of it but I never did. Some people may get board of one of three never tiring game there is always Story Mode and Oline multiplayer. This game is realistic excipt for when you magicly gain your helth back right after being shot numerous times. I love this game and I think you will too.
