What do these ratings mean?

Loved it.  Graphics are unbelievable.  Good story line.  Aiming is great.  It has to be one of the best  games available.  This game pushed me over the edge.  I used to like the Medal of honor games a lot more.  But after playing this it beats the sh*t out of medal of honor.  The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it was so sniper oreinted.  Other than that it was great.
