What do these ratings mean?

There have been a couple of people on here that say that COD WAW isnt worth the money.  I disagree.  One of the best shooters i have ever played.  I do agree that I get killed in the multiplayer while reloading alot.  And some weapons come with small amounts of ammo but thats the beauty of picking up someone elses weapons after you kill them.  Also, some of the maps do have a lot of "camping" spots which is a pain but over all it is a great game.
