What do these ratings mean?

This game is not any good exept for the fact of the graphics and they arent that great either but this game totaly reminds me of the game Dynasty warriors it is the same moves over and over again. Which is totaly gay and the voice acting is horrible the only reason i didnt give this game an F is because it is for the ps3 and that would be an insult to those who made the ps3 possible but all in all the game is to repetive and it just really really sucks. Not worth buying at all.!!!!
