What do these ratings mean?

i wouldnt say its a c-. it was a very good game but it did have pretty bad graphics but not a total loss. ya you do drugs but then you turn to a good guy and quit the drugs! The online was very fun with co-op wich was amazing for online. BUY THIS GAME FOR THE PS3.
