What do these ratings mean?

I have been hearing alot of negative things about this game, and it made me somewhat aprehensive to buy and play. Once I started playing it I was dissapointed with it, found the dialog to be horrible and the shooting was something to get use to. After playing for a while the game started to grow  on me, and now I find it rather enjoyable. If you can stand it till you join the rebels then everything seems good from this point on. I say give it a chance and don't duck out of it withen the first level. I't doesn't match up to alot of first person shooters out there, but PS3 doesn't have alot of games so I say pick it up and play what you got to loose.
