What do these ratings mean?

Unlike GR I thought the graphics were good.  Sloppy in spots but mostly good.  The camera is in a horrible position.  Very adult game with a lot of adult sequences.  However when you shoot a guy and he falls to the ground in pain, but still alive, and you shoot him in the leg or foot that should just cause more pain not kill him.  The daughter is annoying.  Its almost like she is not all there.  I know  she is in shock,  but she should be a little more "awake".  Also I dont remember them showing what was really in the breifcases.
