What do these ratings mean?

This is one of the best games i've never seen!! It has really IMPRESSIVE grafics, great gameplay, wonderful sound, online!! Helghasts have really great charism and have a REALLY IMPRESSIVE A.I., and at max difficult level they shoot you down with only 3 hits and really try to surround you so fast!! But the other characters have not great charism and the companies are not really smart in battle!! Anyway, defects are not so relevant, so Killzone 2 is a really great game!!
