E What do these ratings mean?

In my opinion madden '07 on ps3 is horrible! Where's my options to re-config my controller to the 2005 settings? why cant i easily modify my playeres attributtes to my specs ? MY madden on ps2 was far more enjoyable! Please loose the 40 yard dash and the bench press!
