I really don't understand giving this significant improvement, and very playable game the same grade as last year's piece of ****.  The lineman actually look like football players, they no longer look like fat women.  The controls are actually usable, rather than taking entirely too damn long to achieve their desired effects.  I can change a player's number again in franchise mode.  The list of improvements goes on, yet somebody at GR thinks it only justifies the same grade as last year.  Interesting.  I don't understand why the damn framerate is an issue on the PS3.  That just seems to be due to lazyness on the part of EA's developers.  Don't tell me about growing pains on new systems when they had the entire damn year to make this thing.  They seem to have made this game for the technologically inferior Xbox 360 and then ported it to PS3.  It would seem as though it should be the other way around.  I also don't understand who thought it would be a good idea to make us listen to this retarded radio announcer.  Some people thought John Madden was bad, but this is way worse.  I also don't appreciate the play calling interface.  I have an idea of what play my opponent is running every play.  Granted this leads to better defensive stats on my part and more wins, but it is in no way realistic.  I could go on but I won't.

GR says B-.  I say, pull your head out of your ass, it's better than last year.
