State of Decay Review
Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

What do these ratings mean?

PS3's "juggernaut" response to Gears of War is nothing more really than Call of Duty with a stronger storyline, regenerating health, and aliens. THe multiplayer for this game is ok at best simply because of the lag and dominance of the chimera. A game with 60 people sounds brutal and awesome but, this causes ridelcious lag and for the PS3 costing so much im far from impressed. Im not gonna sit here and blast Resistance away with a boomshot(hehe my Gears name drop), Resistance offers a large scale storyline that goes from England, to America to Eastern and Western Europe and has some very interesting boss fights along with some awesome weapons along the way. The game is actually quite long compared to most FPS games and offers more than the "you against the world" mentality through providing extra soldiers for you to fight along with. The storyline is expansive and great but theres no fall into a 2nd game like Gears has. This is a one time thing and if they try to make a 2nd one, the storyline isn't there and it honestly can't rival Gears espically with online play. Hell ive owned Gears forever and still play online religiously! The overall gameplay for Resistance is solid for the single campaign but the multiplayer just plain sucksssssss! After the single player is done this game is a shelfer while you bang your head against the wall for spending $720(plus tax) on the PS3, Resistance and the controller when you could have got a 360, Gears, 2 more controllers, and Oblivion for the same exact price. If you've got a PS3 or a friend with one rent this game and play the hell out of it! After your done try the sucky multiplayer and return it and be pleased you saved $50! This is worth buying if you have sold your liver and gotten the PS3 and if this game is about $35.
