What do these ratings mean?

This game is absolutely horrible... If i wanted to play a game were i couldnt die even after 50 shotgun shots to the stomache i would play gta vice city on my ps2. I bought a ps3 for realism in games and i was highly dissapointed in this game.... my advice if you do want this game dont pay more than $50 for it or you will want your money back

    You expected realism in Saint's Row 2? Methinks you'd prefer GTAIV.

    I agree. I am disappointed with GR for giving this abomination an A-. WTF. I bought it today and that last time i was this let down it was christmas of 97.
