What do these ratings mean?

The game was ok, but the fighting does suck and the first half of the game you already have beaten Morbious, Shriek, Sandman, The lizard, and Venom and the symbiote suit you have to wait 44 seconds to get to use it again. Although, Graphics are a little bit better and even though you have to control the symbiote suit it is better for fighting. Finally their are a lot more gangs to fight, so that is better and their is no stupid missions where you have to rescue a kid's balloon. More story lines. So I give this game a B-
