What do these ratings mean?

This game looks wicked. I just can't wait to try it.The guy is buff,tuff & out of controll.It looks like a great game but I have not seen it any where Gamestop,Torget,Wallmart none of them have it yeat but i will keep searching. The guy looks like he can take a keller hit I saw one photo of him with a hounk of skine missing & he still foght with it so the next time I see it I'll get it so if u see it befor me get it & tell me what u think SPLATTERHOUSE ROCKS as mush as I know
