What do these ratings mean?

When I bought this game i wasnt sure what i was going to expect, playing no demos just seeing trailers.I started playing it and i loved it right away the graphics were amazing characters voices were well picked, and the story was very well written and deffinatly wont get board of it.

I played the multiplayer and was very dissapointed with how slow it was and how much it lagging during games and that was one of the main reasons i bought the game so my final rating is a B- at best.
