What do these ratings mean?

You know, this game looked like it promised so much, but it really doesnt, people go on about its smooth running, well big freakin deal, nearly every game on the 360 had no lag, infact i have never had lag on my 360(nor the red ring of death, because unlike sony would have you believe, it only affected about 10% of concoles), this game is no more then a rip on BF2:MC for the 360 and PC, which both are far better then this, even at $40, over priced game, so i guess all the software for the PS3 is just like teh hardware, overpriced, and underpowered, good thing i never bought one.
