A brilliant exlusive that all PS3 owners must buy

Gameplay
About time I must say, although I and probably you had some great times on Resistance: FoM, the PS3 needed something else; I was growing tedius of the admitedly good but un-inspired FPS and Warhawk came just in time.
The gameplay in Warhawk really could not be simpler, well apart from the start where you are literally dumped into a game with no instructions on what to do, but after 2, 3 hours of getting used to the basic game mechanics you will marvel at the brilliantly fun yet incredibly simple experience that it is. That is, RED killing BLUE and vice versa, using a vast variety of ways to do so: Hop in a tank, casually drive to an enemies base; and play. Jump in a jet and spy for lonely footsoldiers, gently hover downwards and see them wildly bounce all over the place in their vain attempts at escape. Plant a mine on an enemie's warhawk, then stand back and burst into laughter as it smashes into smithereens. I could go on, the gameplay although nothing original,  is exceptional yet simple.

Graphics
While not stunning, the visuals really are nothing to worry about. Solid textures, (except a few dodgy hills) remarkable frame rate (30 players? Pfttt please) and quite beautiful water which you will notice when flying low all add up to a very very solid graphical experience on the PS3. Nothing amazing, but it doesn't have to be; Warhawk is about the gameplay.

n

Sound
Again, like the graphics nothing brilliant, but does what it says on the tin. IE the expectations you will have of the explosions, vehicle noises etc etc is exactly what you will get. It is however a shame that every explosion; sound and graphical wise is the same. It would be nice for the developers to have made it a tad more realistic, though it is a small gripe.
What you will love most about the sound, however is the delightful domino like disaster you uncover because of you..... A mine you've laid has just been passed by a jeep: cue: BOOM!!! This causes the tank that was nearby to go BOOM!! Which causes yet more blasts and more havoc, pure bliss. It never gets old.

Story
Unfortunately, Warhawk has no single player, and I do not think it would have been too difficult for Incognito to implement a campaign and basic story.

n

Replay Value
While there are many different warhawk and character customisations to unlock, it is practically impossible to unlock them all, as to reach top rank you need 250 00 points, which is basically 10 hours a day every day for a year, bad move by Incognito for ranks to be this high. There are also your basic medals, awards etc for you to collect which appeals to some gamers, though this is not my reason why this game is so replayable. It is just so painstakingly addictive, simple, and most of all; FUN.

n

With an update adding a new map and new vehicle imminent, now would be a good time to pick up one of the best multi-player experiences not just on the Playstation 3, but gaming in general. Despite it's flaws, Warhawk packs a mighty punch... ooooops there's a mine. Too late....

Not to bad. You made some great points, you organized it real well. I don't see any errors in spelling or grammar, and it was to the point. Keep it up dude.
