What do these ratings mean?

My little sister really likes this game. I mean she really likes this game! She knows one mini-games by heart! She's weird. We call her monkey , sooooooo she likes monkeys, and that's all I know about her . Besides I suck at it, she is an expert at it. Anyway this game is pretty good. it kinda has the same graphics as Ape Escape: On The Loose. The multiplayer is pretty good too!
