What do these ratings mean?

This game is good . New games type but WTF ,  they removed crash modes WTF !!! anyway don't care . Nice Rides ( there the tuned coupe ultimate from bournout 2 point of impact). You can do crash breaker when you crashed and now finally ... THERE SHORTCUTS
