What do these ratings mean?

Great port and new translation of one the best PS1 games. New cut-scenes are good looking and the game is amazing as it was before. Unfortunately, the developers did not take advantage of the opportunity to fix nagging problems with the game. Such issues specifically are having to create multiple save files in case of getting stuck on a hard battle and unskippable story-sequences. These are the only things that keep this otherwise stellar game from sitting among the best.
