What do these ratings mean?

After having played Liberty City Stories on the PSP, I was ready for Vice City Stories. In this game you play with Victor Vance, the brother of Lance Vance (GTA : Vice City), the game situates itself a few years before the Vice City game. The story begins in the army, but soon you'll be kicked out, giving you the chance of developping your criminal empire. This criminal empire is a new feature, allowing you to make some easy money, all you have to do is to conquer and buy a lot, assign a function (extortion, prostitution, loans,....) and (optional) complote some "jobs", to increase the popularity of your bussines. The world is nearly exactly the same as in GTA Vice City, and also brings back some characters from Vice City. For me, one of the biggest improvements is the aiming system and the soundtrack, whereas in LCS, the soundtrack was just disapointing, the soundtrack in VCS is just awesome (V Rock is back !!!). The graphics also had some improvements (sharper textures), but this results in longer loadingtimes (startup + missions), the irritating "popping up" of buildings and roads and that the sounds of your car and radio sometimes disapears... also I noticed if you see one car, it will be followed by a whole series of the same cars... but I have to say, this never gets that irritating...

Conclusion :
If you have played Liberty City Stories, or if you are a fan of the GTA games, Vice City Stories is a must ! The storyline is great, gameplay is great and it has some really good improvements...

+it's GTA !!!
+graphics
+soundtrack
+improved aiming system
-building pop-ups
-sound that sometimes dissapears
