What do these ratings mean?

This game is a very fun game to me because it is action pact, it is not very complicated. I also liked it because it is a very free roaming game, unlike other games when there is only one path to your objective. the only thing that sucks in this game is the graphics. I suggest that you get this game for the cheap price of $19.19.

Ps this game is da bomb.
