What do these ratings mean?

The Good: 200+ mini games, good sense of style, multiplayer is a plus, downloadable content

The Bad: Gets old fast, everything feelings like a sample instead of a game

I played Hot PXL back when it came out in Europe and I have to say it felt a lot like Wario Ware but with it's own sense of style. While some of the games are more grotesque and leaned toward teens and adults the game is still fun for awhile. Some of the mini games range from dialing a number in a certain time to steering clear of a pink pixel for 3 seconds. While these 200 some mini games are fun you can blow through them in one sitting. There is a downloadable content pack available that has an extra 70 mini games or so but these don't last long either. While multiplayer mode is interesting it's over too quick. There really isn't much to say here but to play it. There a bunch of 3 seconds mini-games; go figure. If you're bored with the recent mini-game compilations then pick up Hot PXL.
