What do these ratings mean?

i just love locoroco! its so cute and cuddly and nice and even THE perfect game for kids.

all the kids (like me!) would have a blast playing it! but i dont like the enimies cause..........

                                                                  THEY SUCK!!

but the mini-games are fun unlike getting attacked by those cheesy mojas!

                                                  and why is sony so amazing?!

and the unlockuble locorocos are cute too.
