What do these ratings mean?

The idea of playing as the heroes from all over the Marvel Universe  is an excellent one.  I just wish they could create a better game based on that concept.  Oh, and the "airship" Dr. Doom attacks is S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters in case anyone wants to know  :3
