What do these ratings mean?

The Good: Great graphics and audio, improved Heroes formula, superb 32 player infrastructure

The Bad: Shorter than anything, level design flaws galore, not enough maps, enough with WWII already

Yes its ANOTHER WWII game but that's beside the point. Heroes 2 offers a great experience on the PSP that surpasses any other WWII shooter on any handheld. While Heroes 2's single player is improved by actual story driven objectives instead of CTF oriented missions. This makes the game more of a challenge and less repetitive. While there are only 8 missions they are fairly long and give you plenty to do.

Heroes doesn't stray far from the MoH formula or WWII formula at that which can make it dull after awhile. The game is riddled with level design flaws such as huge open areas with little to no cover and tons of enemies coming at you; it's enough to make you angry. The multiplayer is the beef here with 32 players like last time but few maps. Heroes 2 is a great portable FPS (probably the best there is) and if you can stomach the flaws and briefness then have at it soldier.
