What do these ratings mean?

Ok one thing you all should know im a big MGS fan.but all together i loved this game its a great game.ok i owned a PSP since beggining of march and ive been meaning to get this for awhile.

the game is good its conntinues the story of BigBoss and fills in alot of things like why he made Outer Heaven and stuff also shows the background of alot of people like GreyFox,Cambell, and Ocelot.it also has a new feature like everyother MGS game his time you can knock out an enemy drag them to your truck and then you can recruit them and play as them then. This doessnt only go for regular soldiers it also goess for bosses  every boss has a way to unlock them even though they arent as cool as when you fight them

.The story line is great and the voice acting is what youd expect from a MGS game.the cutscenes are like a comic book kinda like MGS the digital graphic novel.the game play is good also.the only problem  i have about it is the camera and youd expect  that for something with only one anolog stick. All together if you own a PSP this is a must buy.
