So I am about to go on a twelve hour car drive. I needed a new game. So I picked up Puzzle Quest. Not really knowing what to expect, I go in with an open mind. I have never been so addicted to any game since I first played Tetris. It is without doubt the definitive hand-held game. The first thing you do is pick one of the classes. Each has its own spells and strength. When you actually go around to fight enimies, you battle via Bejeweled. You match different gems 3-5 of a kind. The colors add mana that will to preform spells that do assortments of things. Experience and Gold gems add to your inventory. The most important gems are the skulls. Matching them allows you to damage your oponent. Your character also holds items such as swords and sheilds that add to the overall affect in battle. You can build your own kingdoms that you can capture enimies to copy spells and mount. This adds a lot of stratigy because each enemy has a unique skill set and spells. It is almost painful how addicting this game is. The graphics are crisp, and the art is detailed. I don't really know what it sounds like seeing as how I listened to my own music. The contorls seem second nature if you have played any of the countless internet puzzle games. I seriously played this the entire car drive. BUY IT
