What do these ratings mean?

I bought this game recently, and I must say, that this game was very fun to play. The whole game feels a bit too arcade, but doesn't bother that mutch. Graphics, sound and loading times are just perfect. The only thing that bothered me was that the first 3 tours were pretty easy, but the 4th tour is as good as impossible, I managed to clear 1 of the 6 races, but I gave up after that one, so I left the game with 5 max tours still to copmplete (the hard thing is that the AI has unlimited nitro, and thay are able to drive a bit faster, and after being lost after 20 times, you'll be so frustrated that you just quit...).
If you like race-games I can't but advise you this game... but don't get mad if you can't complete the last races...
