PREVIEWSPillars of Eternity Preview
For Obsidian's crowdfunded love letter to Infinity Engine games like Icewind Dale and Baldur's Gate, I was impressed by its willingness to pull back the curtain and let me see the machinery behind it.
Yesterday, while cleaning up my media center, I found my copy of Ratchet & Clank: Into The Nexus, which I bought sometime before Christmas last year. I had been pretty excited about this game pre-release, what with it being the first "traditional", albeit shorter than usual,...
One word for this.WOW!I say one of the best games of all time. This game was ahead of its time. The graphics were all of what it could be.Have you ever seen any better graphics on any 32 bit platform. But its not perfect, but close. If you think Tekken is better, you is wrong(one PS1).Many people criticies on this game, but they can go to hell.
One thing is the graphics.Little glithces, but its okay. The best use of saturn's power ever.Sort of like Virtua Fighter Remix. The polygons are accurate, and the backgrounds,oh,they could have been better.Anyway, the characters are like actual humans.Well, accept for Dural.
The gameplay is like any other fighting game. You have 11 characters now instead of the 9 original from Virtua Fighter. The game goes throught 10 stages with Bonus Stage.Dural is the Bonus(duh).Have you ever seen any good fights like this game. But punches and kicks aren't that accurate, but cool.
VIRTUA FIGHTER IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
This is a total buy for any saturn fans.
