What do these ratings mean?

now this is an old classic stradegy game the graphics suck the sound effects are ok the gameplay is pretty awesome i know wat your thinking who would play this well i ask my self that all the time there is just somthing about it that is just great but i dont know wat yet the basics of the game are you build a army base build armys ya know the basics planes choppers soliders tanks boats all of that and you try to destroy the other persons base it is a good game even if i have no idea why i like it so much
