What do these ratings mean?

i think that this is one of the most awesome RPG ever when they transform it is soooooo cool if they make a newer version with better storyboards graphics sound ffects and cool cheats i would buy it just because its a classic ps1 game sry guys im an old school gamer what can i say..... everybody should buy this games because i give it an A+ all the way so.......... lets go play metal gear solid now snake rules ahhhhhhhhhh
