What do these ratings mean?

What a mint multiplayer game it was though, classic with the lads, would'nt touch the storyline-real game though, but its just 1 hell of an oldskool classic multiplayer. Some wicked guns aswell on this game and some cool levels, use to be fun hiding and luring your mates to death.
