What do these ratings mean?

This game was the start of one of my favorite series. It topped RE in the one area that always killed me (or got me killed) and that was the camera. The camera in SH is 3D, and doesnt focus on crazy angles or make the controls confusing. Also, I can appreciate the fact the main character is a normal guy, not an ex mafia secial ops vampire slayer. He probably works at a 7-11.

However, the voice acting is bad. I mean really bad. It seems Harry Mason took a bunch of valium before he went to try and find his daughter. Even at the height of emotion, the characters sound like a bunch of drama class flunkies.
