What do these ratings mean?

Another Resident Evil? pretty much except a lot more scary. Silent Hill takes survival horror to another level and I'm saying that as a die hard Resident Evil fan. The graphics are awesome the game play and voices however are a little sad which is unfortunate for such an excellent game. Your character also has the signature Silent Hill item, the radio. Now this radio begins to screech when ever you come close to a monster, to put it simply it gives you a heads up that your about a fight a monster of some sort. Overall Silent Hill gets an A-, way to start off a survival horror legacy Konami...
